Paul began his Real Estate career in the late 1990s, in Los Angeles, after running a successful Personal Fitness Training business for many years.
"I had become a Personal Trainer because I loved guiding people toward making dramatic, positive changes in their lives through exercise”, he says. "Becoming a Real Estate Agent was a was a natural progression of that desire to be of service. What could be more rewarding than to assist folks through one of the most exciting and life-changing events they will ever experience?”
In 2003, Paul joined KW, an Austin, TX-based real estate company, when they first began opening offices in L.A. He was the second agent to join the new office.
By 2005, he was in the top 10% in office production.
In 2006 he succeeded in ranking 5th in production in the 100 - agent office.
Paul was a member of the Agent Leadership Council, the governing body of the office, and he also taught classes for new agents.
A Massachusetts native, Paul returned "home” in 2007, and currently lives in Provincetown with his husband, Toby, also a MA native (Martha's Vineyard).
"Toby and I, from the very beginning, knew we wanted to make our home in Ptown. It is one of the most unique places in the world; its beauty is special. There is simply a magic here that is unmatched,” he says.
When not selling real estate, Paul can be found in the gym ("I will always have a passion for exercise!”), cooking healthy and delicious food, reading a good book, travelling, or seeing live theatre.
